Creamy Dill Chicken

I absolutely love Crock Pot recipes.  They are easy and perfect. When the kids get home from school I get busy so it’s nice to have something already cooking.

Try out this recipe and let us know in the comments what you thought of it!

Ingredients:

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

16 oz. sour cream

1 Tbsp Lemon juice

2 Tbsp Dill weed

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 pg onion soup mix

Instructions:

Oven method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in buttered 9×13 in pan. Mix together rest of ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes (if thawed) or 60 minutes (if frozen) or until chicken is done. Serve over rice or noodles.

Crock pot method: Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken in Crock Pot. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
