8 Can Taco Soup

This is by far one of the easiest recipes I have, its perfect to take someone dinner or just whip up if you've had a busy day! We all know I love mexican food and this can fulfill the craving if I have it! Let us know if you made this and liked it! I've always wanted to try it with ground beef but haven't done that yet! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1(15oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 (15oz) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed

1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes, drained

1 (15.25oz) can sweet corn, drained

1 (12.5oz) can white chicken breast, drained

1 (10.75oz) can cream of chicken soup

1 (10oz) can green enchilada sauce

1 (14oz) can chicken broth

1 packet taco seasoning  

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large pot
  2. Heat until warm, stirring occasionally
  3. Serve with tortilla chips, cheese and sour cream.
