Three Ingredient Pumpkin Chip Cookies

So you love easy recipes? You love recipes with three ingredients? You love fall? These cookies are perfect for YOU! My mom showed me this recipe a few years back and I’ve been hooked ever since. It only takes about five minutes to whip up and  they cook up nice and fast and you will have everyone talking about the most amazing recipe you made. I had to borrow a can oof pumpkin once for these cookies so to repay the neighbor I took her a new can of pumpkin AND a plate of cookies and she jokingly asked for more, although I know she was serious. Unfortunately we had eaten them all, lol! They’re that good!

Because this recipe doesn’t have the oil and the butter or the eggs and things like that it really cuts out the calories, which is great too. I can eat these without feeling guilty. They’re a great treat for the kids too, all of my kids love them and finished off a plate in no time! Give these and try and take a plate to a neighbor, it will make their day!!!

Ingredients:

15 oz can pumpkin

2 cups milk chocolate chips or cinnamon chips

1 box spice cake mix

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a bowl mix together the spice cake mix and the pumpkin.
  3. Add the chocolate chips in and mix well.
  4. Drop rounded spoonfuls on a cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Cool on a cooling rack and enjoy!
