Creamy Dill Chicken

I absolutely love Crock pot recipes.  They are easy and perfect when the kids get home from school I get busy so its nice to have something already cooking.

Ingredients:

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

16 oz sour cream

1 Tbsp Lemon juice

2 Tbsp Dill weed

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 pg onion soup mix

Instructions:

Oven Method- preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in buttered 9×13 in pan. Mix together rest of ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes(if thawed) or 60 minutes(if frozen) or until chicken is done. Serve over rice or noodles.

Crock pot method-mix all ingredients in a bow and pour over chicken in crock pot. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.

    Hello, it’s Angela again, I commented on ur video earlier, but anyways I have a question about the creamy dill chicken.. I’m going to make it tomorrow so I hope you can get back to me, but do you cut the chicken up..and do you cut it before or after you cook it.. Thank you..

      Usually what you. An do is after it’s cooked take the chicken out and shred it with a hand mixer. Comes out beautifully when chicken is cooked in a crockpot. Then just put the chicken back in and mix it up. 🙂

    One of our favorite crock pot recipes is to take 4 or 5 chicken breast out in the crock pot, add two cans of cream of chicken soup and a packet of Ranch dressing mix…cook 4-6 hours, serve over noodles or mashed potatoes, my boys love this, there are never leftovers!!

    I made this today for the first time and it’s amazing!! I shredded it right in crockpot when it was done and served over rice! Definite hit with whole family and will be going in the rotation for sure!! Thank you for sharing Mindy 🙂
