No Peek Beef

This is an easy recipe that you can just make and throw in the oven for a few hours and then it’s all done! There isn’t much else to it besides whipping up some noodles or rice.


2 lbs. beef tenderloin tips or stew meat

1 can (10.5 oz.)  Cream of Mushroom soup

1  packet of brown gravy mix

1  packet Lipton dry onion soup mix

1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms

1 cup water


Place cubed meet to a 9 x 13 inch pan.

In a large bowl mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the meet. Add mushrooms and stir to coat. Cover with foil and bake at 300° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Do not remove well until done.

Serve over rice or egg noodles.
